Identify what fire warden district you belong to by using the fire warden finder. It is important that the correct fire warden is contacted for a permit.

Complete the Permit to light fire application. Also attached the application forms in a PDF document. Please note all of the questions on the application must be filled out. An incomplete application will be sent back to the applicant.
