Embracing Digital Innovation in the Ag Sector

EMBRACING DIGITAL INNOVATION IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR INVITATION

Queensland Farmers Federation have extended an incentive offer of one free nights accommodation (on the 29 of May in a resort king room) at The Ville Resort – Casino- to the first 10 FARMERS that register to attend this workshop.

The Rural Jobs and Skills Alliance and TAFE Queensland are holding Embracing Digital Innovation in the Agricultural Sector workshops in Townsville and other regions.

The two-day workshop will provide Queensland farmers, workers and advisors in the agriculture sector with the knowledge and confidence to implement agtech solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. QFF hope to be able to give attendees an understanding of how to collect and manage data and then use it to build knowledge and support decision making in their operations.

It’s an in depth workshop and will cover five broad topics — industry technology trends, using data in agriculture, data management, how technology is transforming supply chains, and what technology looks like in the future (the internet of things, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality).
